Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op projectbasis bij klanten in uiteenlopende sectoren – van KMO’s tot grotere bedrijven. Je opdrachten zijn gevarieerd en afhankelijk van je expertise en interesses. Enkele voorbeelden: ♡ Volledige rekruteringsprocessen begeleiden (van intake tot onboarding). ♡ HR-administratie en payroll uitvoeren of optimaliseren. ♡ Onboarding- en retentiebeleid vormgeven. ♡ Performance- en talentmanagement ondersteunen. ♡ Arbeidsreglementen en policies uitwerken of herzien. ♡ HR-processen stroomlijnen of een HR-departement mee opzetten. ♡ Klanten begeleiden bij groei, herstructurering of cultuurtrajecten. Sommige projecten voer je uit bij de klant ter plaatse, andere (gedeeltelijk) remote of vanuit ons kantoor.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, het hoofd koel houdt in verandering en oprecht betrokken is bij mens en organisatie. ♡ Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen HR (bv. generalist, recruiter, payroll expert, HR business partner…). ♡ Je communiceert helder en professioneel. ♡ Je houdt van autonomie, maar ook van samenwerken. ♡ Je bent flexibel en houdt van afwisseling. ♡ Je hebt een rijbewijs B. ​
