Location: Pasay and Taguig Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Morning Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a highly poised and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent a premier cosmetics portfolio within leading health and beauty retail environments. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our artistry-driven collections, combining exceptional interpersonal skills with professional-grade makeup application techniques to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • With or Without Experience with Make Up & Skin care
  • Provide personalized skincare and color-matching consultations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Proactively engage with retail foot traffic to introduce new collections and hero products.
  • Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the brand through meticulous tester upkeep and display organization.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by building authentic rapport and offering strategic upsells.
  • Stay current on global beauty trends, ingredients, and application techniques to serve as a credible subject matter expert
  • Conduct live on-counter makeup applications and "flash makeovers" to showcase product efficacy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or promotional modeling where visual presentation is paramount.
  • Background in cosmetics, skincare, or retail is an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in makeup artistry, including color theory, facial contouring, and sanitary application practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits persuasively.
  • A polished, "camera-ready" professional aesthetic that aligns with a sophisticated beauty brand.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and assigned store locations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on being approachable, energetic, and helpful.
