Wir suchen Dich ab Mai 2027, um unser Team vor Ort bei der Planung, dem Bau und der Inbetriebnahme eines Geothermieheizwerks zu verstärken.

Ihre Aufgaben

Dein Job – klar und praxisnah

  • Du steuerst und koordinierst die HSE-Aktivitäten im Projekt
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für alle HSE-, SiFa- und SiGeKo-Themen
  • Du entwickelst HSE-, SiGe-, Rettungs- und Notfallpläne und achtest auf deren Einhaltung
  • Du berätst und unterstützt bei Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Montagekonzepte
  • Du begleitest das Projekt sicherheits- und arbeitsschutztechnisch von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
  • Du führst Sicherheitsbegehungen durch und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen
  • Du koordinierst das Incident- und Accident-Management

Ihr Profil

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HSE-Management, idealerweise mit Baustellenerfahrung in Großprojekten
  • Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
  • Qualifikation als SiGeKo
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Kommunikationsstärke
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Reisebereitschaft

Das ist ein Plus – aber kein Muss

  • Sachkundiger nach TRGS 519/521/524
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Bergbau
  • Kenntnisse im BBergG und einschlägiger Regelwerke
  • Gefahrstoffbeauftragter
  • Weitere HSE-Zusatzqualifikationen
