Ihre Aufgaben

Dein Job - klar und praxisnah

  • Du steuerst und überwachst die Trassensicherung und Umweltmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den Koordinatoren
  • Du koordinierst Recherchen, Vorprüfungen und Baufolgeschadensregulierung
  • Du unterstützt bei Reporting, Planungen, Freigaben und Auszahlungen
  • Du stimmst die Schnittstellen zu Genehmigung, Technik und Umwelt zwecks Zuarbeiten ab
  • Du bearbeitest Eskalationsfälle und begleitest Termine mit Eigentümern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Du unterstützt die Strategie- und Zielumsetzung im Team

Ihr Profil

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Agrar- / Landwirtschaft, Vermessungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Wegerecht und Infrastrukturprojekte, idealerweise im Stromnetzausbau
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Deeskalierende Verhandlungsführung mit Eigentümern
  • Reisebereitschaft für den Einsatzort
