Ihre Aufgaben

Dein Job – klar und praxisnah

  • Du steuerst und koordinierst die HSE-Aktivitäten im Projekt
  • Du entwickelst HSE-Pläne, Procedures und projektspezifische Maßnahmen
  • Du berätst die Projektleitung und das Management bei HSE-Fragestellungen
  • Du koordinierst HSE-Advisors und HSE-Officers
  • Du führst Risikoanalysen, HSE-Audits und Inspektionen durch
  • Du überwachst HSE-Kennzahlen und leitest bei Bedarf Maßnahmen ein
  • Du koordinierst das Incident- und Accident-Management inklusive Root-Cause-Analysen
  • Du steuerst das HSE-Management von Auftragnehmern und Subunternehmern
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Auftraggebern, Projektleitung, Behörden und weiteren Projektbeteiligten zusammen

Ihr Profil

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Sicherheitstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HSE-Management, idealerweise in der Windenergie
  • Erfahrung in der HSE-Steuerung größerer Projekte
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Kommunikationsstärke
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Reisebereitschaft

Das ist ein Plus – aber kein Muss

  • GWO-Zertifikate
  • Kenntnisse in ISO 45001, ISO 14001 und SCL
  • Weitere HSE-Zusatzqualifikationen
