Einleitung

Die HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n Einkäufer/-in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung und Steuerung operativer Einkaufs- und Beauftragungsprozesse
  • Einholung, Bewertung und Vergleich von Angeboten
  • Unterstützung und Steuerung von Ausschreibungen und Vergaben
  • Lieferanten- und Dienstleistermanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei Einkaufs- und Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung im Vertrags- und Dokumentenmanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei Versicherungs- und Fuhrparkthemen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen, Standards und Transparenz im Beschaffungswesen

Wir würden dich gerne kennenlernen, wenn du

  • eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft abgeschlossen hast oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen kannst,
  • wünschenswerterweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Einkauf, Controlling oder kaufmännischen Umfeld sowie idealerweise mit Ausschreibungs-, Angebots- oder Beauftragungsprozessen sammeln konntest,
  • ein Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Kostenstrukturen sowie ein hohes Interesse an Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozessen hast,
  • sicher mit MS Office umgehen kannst und idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen im E-Procurement/Prozessdigitalisierung sammeln konntest,
  • dich durch eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest und gern im Team arbeitest sowie
  • Interesse hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich im Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsumfeld weiterzuentwickeln.
