The posting

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled controls preventative maintenance for various building automation systems

Perform technical startup/checkout/commissioning of building automation systems

Perform service call troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of building automation systems

Provide remote support for building automation customers

Manage estimated preventative maintenance hours on assigned contract Qualifications:

High school diploma required. MET Technical Degree, MES Journeyman, or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3 years related experience in building automation & mechanical controls industry service experience preferred. Mechanical service experience preferred. Service estimation experience preferred. Working knowledge of Automated Logic, Tridium, Honeywell, Trane, JCI and other control systems preferred.
