What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for online customers, responding quickly to inquiries via email, text, and phone.
  • Generate excitement by providing detailed information, pricing, and virtual demonstrations of our vehicles.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless transition for interested buyers.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and new products.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster repeat business.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • A track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with sales platforms like DealerSocket is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive hourly wage of $16 per hour, paid semi-monthly. Your earning potential is uncapped, with commission based on your sales performance.
