Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust Ausschreibungen von der ersten Kundenkontaktaufnahme bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung.
  • Dabei koordinierst du den gesamten Angebotsprozess und stellst eine strukturierte und termingerechte Bearbeitung sicher.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit den beteiligten internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern sorgst du für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit in der Angebotsphase.
  • Du übernimmst die Kalkulation, Preisgestaltung und Erstellung von Angebotsunterlagen und stellst dabei eine wirtschaftliche und kundenorientierte Ausarbeitung sicher.
  • Du bereitest Verhandlungen und Präsentationen vor und begleitest diese gemeinsam mit dem Business-Development-Team.
  • Bis zur erfolgreichen Vertragsunterzeichnung koordinierst du die Vertragsverhandlungen und behältst den Abschluss im Blick.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im schlüsselfertigen Bauwesen, idealerweise im Industrie- und Parkhausbau.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung und Koordination von Ausschreibungs- und Angebotsprozessen, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Bereich Sales & Kostenkalkulationen.
  • Reisebereitschaft und Freude an der Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in internationalen Vertragsformaten wie FIDIC, NEC und JCT.
  • Kenntnisse in AutoCAD sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in Microsoft Project sind von Vorteil.
