Deine Aufgaben

In 18 Monaten durchläufst du mehrere spannende Stationen und findest heraus, wo deine Leidenschaft liegt:

  • Abwechslung: Du bekommst tiefgründige Einblicke in unterschiedliche Bereiche wie z.B. der Akquise/Vertrieb, Projektplanung oder Statik. So lernst du die Planung und Entstehung eines Parkhauses wirklich von A bis Z kennen.
  • Praxisphase auf der Baustelle: In deiner Bauleitungsphase bist du mittendrin statt nur dabei – auf unseren Baustellen, wo Ideen Form annehmen und Stahl zu Strukturen wird. Begleite unsere Bauleiter:innen hautnah bei laufenden Projekten.
  • Optionaler Auslandsaufenthalt: Erweitere deinen Horizont und sammle internationale Erfahrungen auf einer unserer Baustellen im Ausland.
  • Netzwerk: Du arbeitest mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen, Kund:innen und Partnerfirmen zusammen und knüpfst wertvolle Kontakte, die dich weit über das Trainee-Programm hinaus begleiten werden.
  • Dein Starttermin: So individuell wie du! Gemeinsam finden wir den richtigen Zeitpunkt für deinen Einstieg.

Dein Profil

  • Studienabschluss: Unser Trainee richtet sich an Hochschulabsolvent:innen - Du hast einen überdurchschnittlichen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in den Bereichen Bau(wirtschafts)ingenieurwesen, Architektur oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Erste Erfahrungen: Du hast erste Einblicke in Form von Praktika und/oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit in einem relevanten Bereich des Bauingenieurwesen gesammelt.
  • Arbeitsweise: Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Lernbereitschaft und Motivation für die Einarbeitung in den vielseitigen Bereichen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Wir ermöglichen Einsätze auf Baustellen in unserem internationalen Geschäft und Austausch in unserer internationalen Zusammenarbeit. Dafür sind fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) Voraussetzung.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Du hast Lust für eine Zeit auch auf der Baustelle unsere Bauleiter:innen zu unterstützen. Unsere Bauvorhaben sind international verteilt und du hast Interesse daran, für die gesamte Dauer des Projektes dorthin zu reisen.
