Job description
<h2>About the Role</h2> We’re building production context for software factories. Hud runs alongside backend services, continuously learning how code behaves in the real world. It gives engineers and coding agents the context to move from PR to production with fewer manual bottlenecks, safer rollouts, and faster fixes.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to turn that value into qualified pipeline. You’ll own demand generation end-to-end: identify the right audiences, test channels, build campaigns, and turn what works into repeatable programs.
This is a hands-on role with room to shape the approach. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to reach developers and engineering leaders, translate technical value into campaigns that resonate, and connect marketing activity to business results.
If you enjoy building, experimenting, and understanding why something worked—and you care as much about execution as strategy - you’ll feel right at home here.
You’ll:
- Own the growth marketing plan and execution against qualified pipeline targets.
- Build and run campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, events, and organic channels.
- Identify and test new ways to reach our target audiences, then scale the channels that deliver results.
- Partner with Sales to align campaigns with priority accounts, pipeline needs, and feedback from customer conversations.
- Work with Product Marketing to turn positioning, product launches, and customer stories into demand-generating campaigns.
- Improve website and landing-page conversion through clear messaging and ongoing experimentation.
- Own campaign reporting and attribution, using acquisition costs, conversion rates, and pipeline progression to guide decisions.
- Manage campaign budgets and external partners, staying close to execution and results.
<h2>Experience</h2>
- 6+ years in growth marketing or demand generation at B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven ownership of a qualified pipeline target, with measurable results.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid campaigns, particularly across LinkedIn and Google.
- Experience running integrated campaigns across email, content, webinars, and events.
- Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, campaign attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation and CRM platform.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex products clearly.
- Experience owning initiatives end-to-end in a startup environment with limited resources.
<h2>Growth Mindset / Approach</h2>
- Takes ownership from the initial idea through execution, measurement, and improvement.
- Combines analytical thinking with creative approaches to reaching technical audiences.
- Prioritizes effectively and makes thoughtful decisions about where to invest time and budget.
- Works independently while keeping Sales, Product, and Marketing aligned.
- Comfortable testing ideas, learning from unsuccessful experiments, and changing direction when the data calls for it.
<h2>Bonus Points</h2>
- Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure, observability, or AI products.
- Experience reaching developers, engineering leaders, and platform teams.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing and supporting enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience with SEO and improving visibility in AI-powered search.
- Practical use of AI tools and automation to accelerate campaign execution and analysis.
<h2>Requirements</h2>
- This is a full-time on-site position located in Tel Aviv.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment is essential.
