Job Title: Recruiter, Manufacturing

Location: Remote, Mexico or Argentina

Contract: 1 year contract

The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with one of the most iconic chocolate and snacks companies in North America, the maker of some of the best loved chocolate, candy, and snack brands on the shelf, to find a Recruiter to support its manufacturing hiring in the US.

This is a fast paced, results driven role. Working remotely from Mexico or Argentina, you will partner with US based plant and operations leaders to hire the people who keep production lines running, from hourly production and maintenance roles to skilled technical talent. We are looking for someone competitive who knows their numbers and takes pride in delivering for their hiring managers.

What You Will Actually Do

•Own full cycle recruitment for US manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, quality, and plant operations

•Partner closely with US plant and operations managers to understand their needs, set expectations, and move candidates quickly through the process

•Build strong pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and local community channels in the US markets you support

•Screen candidates for skills, shift availability, and site requirements, presenting qualified profiles quickly

•Track and report on your recruiting metrics, including time to fill, pipeline conversion, and hires against target

•Deliver a responsive candidate experience that keeps great talent engaged from first contact through offer

•You are comfortable working across time zones and building trust with US hiring managers you may never meet in person

•You communicate clearly and confidently in English, in writing and on the phone

What You Bring

•MUST: Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing roles for US based clients

•MUST: A competitive, results driven track record of hitting or exceeding hiring targets, with metrics you can speak to confidently

•Fluent English, written and spoken

•Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, and community networks

•Experience in food, consumer goods, or another regulated manufacturing environment is a plus

•RPO or agency experience is a plus
