Voor een klant in Mechelen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Recruiter die mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei van deze organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Actief zoeken en aantrekken van geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen
  • Schrijven en publiceren van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten
  • Telefonische screenings en persoonlijke gesprekken voeren met kandidaten
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het volledige sollicitatieproces
  • Onderhouden van contacten met bestaande klanten en kandidaten
  • Opbouwen van een netwerk van technische professionals
  • Matchen van talenten met openstaande vacatures
  • Behalen van vooropgestelde doelstellingen en KPI's
  • Na jouw inwerkperiode mee uitbouwen van commerciële relaties en nieuwe opportuniteiten
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen recruitment, selectie of werving & selectie
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht
  • Je hebt een sterke dosis doorzettingsvermogen en geeft niet snel op
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je hebt een professionele uitstraling en een positieve attitude
  • Ervaring met technische profielen is een sterke troef
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
