Voor de uitbreiding van een gespecialiseerd recruitmentteam in Mechelen zoeken we een ervaren Commerciële Recruiter met een passie voor het aantrekken van technische profielen.

  • Binnen deze functie staat het volledige proces van selectie en werving centraal, van sourcing en screening tot plaatsing en opvolging. Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via diverse kanalen, het voeren van diepgaande gesprekken en het schrijven van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten behoren tot het takenpakket.
  • Daarnaast vormt het uitbouwen van een sterke talentpool een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.
  • Na een grondige inwerkperiode komt ook het onderhouden van contacten met bestaande en potentiële klanten aan bod.
  • Dankzij een combinatie van commerciële flair, overtuigingskracht en mensenkennis draag je rechtstreeks bij aan het succes van de organisatie en de verdere groei van het kantoor in Mechelen.
