Huoltoaseman esihenkilötehtävät – Poron Bensis NESTE Levi / Hullu Poro Oy

Huoltoasema vastaavana vastaat Poron Bensiksen päivittäisestä toiminnasta ja loistat asiakaspalvelutilanteissa. Olet läsnä asiakkaille ja tiimiläisille – varmistat, että asema toimii tehokkaasti, viihtyisästi ja turvallisesti vuoden ympäri.

Huoltoasema vastaavan tehtävät ja vastuualueet Levillä

  • Asiakkaiden palvelu ja kassatyöskentely huoltoasemalla
  • Polttoainemyynnin ja kioskituotteiden myynnin organisointi
  • Huoltoaseman tilojen ja piha-alueen siisteyden valvonta ja ylläpito
  • Ilmoitusten ja raporttien laadinta (esim. inventaario, tilitykset, kaluston kunto)
  • Henkilöstön ohjaus ja perehdytys
  • Yhteistyö tavarantoimittajien kanssa
  • Turvallisuus- ja ympäristöohjeiden noudattaminen ja kehittäminen
  • Kampanjoiden, esillepanojen ja myynnin esihenkilötehtävät
  • Asiakaspalautteen kerääminen ja käsittely
