Hullu Poro Oy hakee intohimoista ja ammattitaitoista kokkia Leville – tule osaksi iloista keittiötiimiämme ja luo unohtumattomia makuelämyksiä asiakkaillemme Lapin sydämessä. Etsimme tekijää, joka viihtyy vauhdikkaassa ravintolakeittiössä, hallitsee ammattikeittiön rutiinit ja haluaa kehittyä yhdessä tiimin kanssa.

Tehtäväkuva ja vastuualueet – Keittiötyö ja ateriapalvelut

  • Annosten valmistus á la carte - ja tilauskeittiöissä laadukkaasti ja ajallaan
  • Ruokien esillepano ja annosten tarkka viimeistely
  • Raaka-aineiden vastaanotto, laadun tarkastus ja hävikin minimointi
  • Keittiön siisteydestä, hygieniasta ja turvallisuudesta huolehtiminen
  • Reseptien ja annosohjeiden noudattaminen sekä tarvittaessa kehittäminen yhteistyössä keittiöpäällikön kanssa
  • Työvälineiden ja laitteiden asianmukainen käyttö ja huolto

Mitä odotamme sinulta – Ammattitaito, paineensietokyky ja tiimihenki

  • Aiempi kokemus kokin tehtävistä tai vastaavista keittiötehtävistä
  • Hyvä ymmärrys hygienian ja elintarviketurvallisuuden vaatimuksista; hygienia- ja/tai muut alan tutkintotodistukset katsotaan eduksi
  • Kyky työskennellä tehokkaasti kiireessä ja pitää toimintatavat järjestyksessä
  • Luova ote annosten valmistukseen ja into kehittää makuja sekä työprosesseja
  • Hyvät tiimi- ja vuorovaikutustaidot sekä positiivinen, vastuullinen asenne
  • Suomen kielen taito riittävä työskentelyyn; muut kielitaidot eduksi
  • Valmius työskennellä vaihtelevissa työvuoroissa, mukaan lukien illat, viikonloput ja kausityötilanteet
