Asiakaspalvelijana

Tarjoilijana työtehtäväsi painottuvat ravintola-asiakkaiden laadukkaaseen palveluun ja viihtyvyyden varmistamiseen. Työssäsi palvelet niin matkailijoita kuin paikallisia, huolehdit tilausten vastaanotosta ja tarjoilusta sekä osallistut ravintolan yleiseen sujuvuuteen yhdessä muun tiimin kanssa.

Tarjoilijan keskeiset työtehtävät

  • Tilausten ottaminen ja annosten tarjoileminen asiakkaille
  • Asiakaspalvelutilanteiden hoito – ystävällinen ja ammattimainen kohtaaminen
  • Ravintolan puhtaanapito ja järjestyksen ylläpito
  • Laskutuksesta ja maksamisesta huolehtiminen
  • Tarvittaessa osallistuminen aamiaistarjoiluun ja/tai baariin

  • Aiempaa kokemusta ravintola-alan asiakaspalvelusta – kokemus à la cartesta katsotaan eduksi
  • Reipasta ja oma-aloitteista otetta työhön
  • Erinomaista yhteistyö- ja vuorovaikutustaitoa
  • Suomen sekä englannin kielen taitoa – muu kielitaito on plussaa
