Die Humanitas Stiftung bietet als Unternehmen mit sozialem Auftrag erwachsenen Menschen mit besonderem Unterstützungsbedarf Wohn-, Arbeits- und Freizeitangebote an. Mit rund 90 Wohn- und über 120 Arbeitsplätzen wird ein breites Spektrum an Wohn- und Arbeitsformen angeboten, über 130 Personen unterstützen die Klient:innen differenziert und mit Herz mit dem Ziel einer grösstmöglichen Lebensqualität, Selbständigkeit und Teilhabe.

Für den Ausbau eines spezialisierten Wohnangebots für Menschen mit intensivem Unterstützungsbedarf suchen wir eine engagierte, fachlich versierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit.

Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Sie gestalten und entwickeln individuelle Betreuungsangebote für Menschen mit komplexen Unterstützungsbedürfnissen und herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen (inkl. 1:1 Setting).
  • Sie schaffen verlässliche Strukturen, Orientierung und einen sicheren Lebensraum für die Bewohner:innen.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Angebote, Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitsprozesse ein.
  • Sie übernehmen Bezugspersonenarbeit sowie administrative Aufgaben professionell und tragen zu einer lückenlosen Dokumentation bei.
  • Sie sind offen, Neues zu lernen, und möchten sich fachlich und persönlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Humor, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist runden Ihr Profil ab.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung oder Studium im sozialpädagogischen bzw. agogischen Bereich (HF/FH oder vergleichbar).
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung, idealerweise im Umgang mit herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen.
  • Offenheit für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten sowie Wochenenddienste
  • Fachliche Sicherheit und Freude an anspruchsvollen Betreuungssituationen.
  • Eine wertschätzende, klare und reflektierte Haltung.
  • Organisationstalent sowie gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse.
  • Humor, Belastbarkeit und die Motivation, gemeinsam nachhaltige Veränderungen zu bewirken.
