Mit rund 90 Wohn- und über 120 Arbeitsplätzen wird ein breites Spektrum an Wohn- und Arbeitsformen angeboten, über 130 Personen unterstützen die Klient:innen differenziert und mit Herz mit dem Ziel einer grösstmöglichen Lebensqualität, Selbstständigkeit und Teilhabe.

Fachperson Nachtdienst, 50%

Ihr Gestaltungsraum:

  • Selbständige Wahrnehmung von Unterstützungsaufgaben während der Nacht für die zugewiesenen Bewohner:innen
  • Spezifische Unterstützungsaufgaben gemäss Absprache mit den Angestellten der Abteilung sowie mit der Abteilungsleitung
  • Sorgt für angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre auf den Wohngruppen, die das Einschlafen unterstützt
  • Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege
  • Ausführung von Reinigungsarbeiten unter Berücksichtigung von Hygienevorschriften
  • Reflexion und Dokumentation der Unterstützungsarbeit
  • Selbständige Erledigung organisatorischer, finanzieller und administrativer Aufgaben

Ihr Beitrag:

  • Abschluss einer Ausbildung im Fachgebiet (Pflegefachperson HF, FABE, FAGE oder ähnlich)
  • Praxiserfahrung und funktionsspezifische Weiterbildungen
  • Kann fachliche Kompetenzen aktiv im Alltag umsetzen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und hohe Empathiefähigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse der gängigen IT- und Office-Programme
