Mit rund 90 Wohn- und über 120 Arbeitsplätzen wird ein breites Spektrum an Wohn- und Arbeitsformen angeboten, über 130 Personen unterstützen die Klient:innen differenziert und mit Herz mit dem Ziel einer grösstmöglichen Lebensqualität, Selbstständigkeit und Teilhabe.

Fachperson Betreuung FaBe / FaGe 60-80%

Ihr Gestaltungsraum:

  • Selbständige Wahrnehmung von Unterstützungsaufgaben bei Aktivitäten und Alltagsverrichtungen der Bewohner:innen
  • Gestaltung der Tagesbeschäftigung in der Abteilung
  • Gestaltung und Mitwirkung bei sozialer Interaktion
  • Alltagsbegleitung bzw. Prozessbegleitung gemäss Konzept
  • Unterstützung bei Freizeitbeschäftigungen, bei Ferien der Wohngruppe, bei Anlässen und bei Terminen
  • Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege
  • Kontakte zu Angehörigen sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachpersonen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung FaBe und FaGe EFZ oder Pflegefachpersonen HF
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit beeinträchtigten Personen
  • Empathie, Teamfähigkeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Verantwortungsbewusst
  • Hohe Diversität in der agogischen Tätigkeit
  • Lösungsorientierung, offenes und positives Mindset
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
