A Blips está em busca de um(a) Analista de Inteligência de Mercado & Portfólio de Produtos para atuar de forma estratégica na análise de mercados, segmentos e equipamentos, apoiando decisões de expansão e qualificação do portfólio.

A Blips atua em nível nacional com venda e locação de equipamentos, presente atualmente em diversos segmentos, como Food Service, Estética, Construção, Academia, entre outros. O objetivo desta posição é apoiar o crescimento sustentável da empresa por meio da análise estruturada de mercados existentes e novos, contribuindo para decisões de inclusão, posicionamento e viabilidade de novos equipamentos no portfólio.

💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Realizar análises de mercado para apoiar a expansão e otimização do portfólio de equipamentos;
  • Estruturar estudos sobre tamanho de mercado, dinâmica competitiva, cadeia de valor e maturidade dos segmentos;
  • Mapear principais players, categorias de equipamentos e tendências relevantes;
  • Analisar especificações técnicas, requisitos regulatórios e padrões de qualidade dos equipamentos;
  • Avaliar modelos de negócio, formas de comercialização e canais de aquisição de clientes;
  • Desenvolver comparativos entre equipamentos nacionais e internacionais, apoiando decisões estratégicas de portfólio;
  • Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e materiais analíticos para suporte à liderança e comitês de decisão.

🚨 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES INDISPENSÁVEIS:

Obrigatórios:

  • Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Relações Internacionais, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação);
  • Excel ou Google Sheets em nível avançado;
  • Forte capacidade analítica, visão estruturada e habilidade de síntese;
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva para elaboração de relatórios e apresentações executivas;
  • Experiência com estudos de mercado, análise de produtos ou inteligência competitiva.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência com análise de mercados B2B ou equipamentos industriais;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Looker, Tableau ou similares);
  • Familiaridade com temas como formação de preço, margens, rentabilidade e modelos de locação e financiamento;
  • Experiência prévia com fornecedores internacionais.
