💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Planejar, estruturar e pilotar campanhas de mídia paga no Meta para múltiplos segmentos e contas simultâneas.
  • Gerir altas verbas de Ads com foco em geração de demanda e eficiência de custo (gerar mais com menos).
  • Definir a alocação de verba do segmento ao micro do produto, ajustando continuamente a estratégia por resultado.
  • Receber a comunicação e os criativos e transformá-los em campanhas de alta performance.
  • Monitorar e otimizar as campanhas em tempo real no gerenciador do Meta, buscando o menor custo de aquisição possível.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de growth (head, gestor de tráfego atual e devs de apoio) para escalar a operação.

🚨 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES INDISPENSÁVEIS:

  • Experiência sênior comprovada (tipicamente 5+ anos) como gestor de tráfego/mídia paga, com track record real de gestão de altas verbas de Ads.
  • Histórico concreto de gestão de orçamentos elevados, com números que comprovem verba gerida e resultados.
  • Vivência com gestão de múltiplas contas simultâneas (idealmente várias contas no Meta), sob um mesmo orçamento pulverizado.
  • Domínio profundo do gerenciador do Meta e forte pegada de geração de demanda e otimização de custo de aquisição.
  • Autonomia total e confiabilidade para conduzir alto orçamento sem supervisão diária.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo PJ (não-exclusivo).

🟢 DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Cases de gestão de verbas ainda maiores ou de múltiplas contas de portes distintos.
  • Experiência com produtos e serviços de mercado corporativo/financeiro (fora do nicho puramente de infoproduto).
  • Vivência integrando tráfego a times de criação, dados e desenvolvimento.
