💻 PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Ser dono(a) do resultado do segmento, respondendo por vendas, margem e satisfação dos clientes de Food.
  • Avaliar e evoluir o mix de produtos. Incluir, priorizar e descontinuar itens e fornecedores (fornos de pizza, fornos combinados, máquinas de sorvete, máquinas de gelo e demais equipamentos de food service).
  • Estruturar e escalar canais de vendas (distribuidores, representantes e parcerias), potencializando também o canal digital.
  • Construir o playbook comercial do segmento e capacitar os times que o atendem, acompanhando a conversão por canal.
  • Conduzir certificação, Inmetro e importação dos produtos, garantindo conformidade e prazos, conforme as normas do setor alimentar.
  • Garantir margens, CAC e custos dentro da política e gerir o orçamento da unidade (vendas e marketing).
  • Definir os requisitos de suporte e sucesso do cliente do segmento e acompanhar a satisfação.
  • Atuar de forma matricial com as Diretorias Comercial e de Operações, reportando ao CEO.

🚨 REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES INDISPENSÁVEIS:

  • Atuação de altíssima relevância no setor de equipamentos para food service, com no mínimo 5 a 10 anos em cargos relevantes em empresas de referência.
  • Histórico comprovado de ter feito uma empresa do setor crescer de forma real e mensurável.
  • Domínio nativo do segmento — produto, cliente, normas, canais e operação —, a ponto de ser referência do mercado.
  • Forte capacidade comercial aliada a visão de negócio (margem, CAC e custo de servir).
  • Boa compreensão de campanhas de marketing, inside sales e SDRs.

  • Experiência comprovada em estruturação e escala de canais (distribuidores, representantes e parcerias).
  • Vivência com modelo digital de geração de demanda.
  • Experiência em curadoria de portfólio e reposicionamento de linha de produtos.
