Position

Du möchtest direkt mit der COO sowie der Head of M&A and Integration der H&Z Group arbeiten und dabei beim Design zukunftsfähiger Organisationsstrukturen, beim Aufbau einer Plattformorganisation sowie bei strategischen Initiativen unterstützen? Gleichzeitig hast du Freude daran, eigenständig vielfältige Aufgaben von analytischen Fragestellungen bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung zu übernehmen?

PRAKTIKUM STRATEGY & ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN

Vollzeit, ab sofort, mindestens 6 Monate, für unser Münchner Büro

Was gibt es zu tun?

  • Du unterstützt bei strategischen Organisations-, Wachstums- und Transformationsprojekten der H&Z Group – von der Analyse und Entwicklung strategischer Zielbilder bis zur konkreten Umsetzung
  • Du übersetzt strategische Fragestellungen in Operating Models, Organisationsstrukturen, Rollen, Governance und klare Verantwortlichkeiten und begleitest deren Implementierung
  • Du wirkst beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattformorganisation mit und gestaltest das Zusammenspiel gemeinsamer Capabilities, Services und Geschäftsbereiche
  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Sales- und Go-to-Market-Ansätze – von Markt- und Kundenanalysen über Pipeline- und Performance-Transparenz bis zur Umsetzung konkreter Vertriebsinitiativen
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig strategische und operative Arbeitspakete und treibst Themen gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
  • Du unterstützt bei M&A Prozessen und strategischen Wachstumsinitiativen – von Markt- und Target Analysen bis hin zur Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen und der Begleitung von Due Diligence- und Integrationsprozessen
  • Du bereitest Management-Entscheidungen vor, steuerst Transformationsmaßnahmen und entwickelst KPIs, Dashboards und Reportings zur Messung von Fortschritt und Business Impact
  • Du entwickelst Methoden, Templates und Playbooks für Strategieumsetzung, Sales,Organisational Design und Transformation weiter
  • Du identifizierst und realisierst AI Use Cases für Research, Analysen, Sales und Projektmanagement und unterstützt bei strategischen Sonderprojekten der H&Z Group

Was bringst du mit?

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium oder befindest dich aktuell in einem Master-Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im (Strategie-) Consulting, Corporate Development, Organizational Design, People & Organization, Transformation, Start-up oder Projektmanagement mit
  • Du kombinierst deine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten und einem hohen Maß an Pragmatismus
  • Deine Freude, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge eigenständig voranzutreiben, zeichnet dich aus, und du wechselst gerne zwischen Strategie, Analyse und operativer Umsetzung
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu AI, Automatisierung und digitalen Tools (wie LLMs, n8n oder Power Automate)
  • Der Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel fällt dir leicht
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
