SENIOR ASSOCIATE PROCUREMENT

Jederzeit, unbefristet, unter der Woche öfter bei unseren Kunden, am Freitag typischerweise in unseren Büros in München, Köln oder Hamburg

Was gibt es zu tun?

  • Du bist Teil der Projektteams vor Ort bei unseren Kunden und übernimmst inhaltliche Verantwortung in den Projekten
  • Du gestaltest im Detail die Projektinhalte mit, analysierst Daten und Fakten und erarbeitest Hypothesen und Ideen
  • Du motivierst das Kundenteam durch enge Zusammenarbeit, leitest Workshops, diskutierst Optimierungsideen und erarbeitest Umsetzungspläne
  • Dabei bist Du auch verantwortlich für die Umsetzung, z.B. in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie Verhandlungen
  • Du unterstützt den Kunden auch durch transformatorische Ansätze und Change Management

Was bringst du mit?

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium an einer namhaften Universität
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem auf Einkauf spezialisierten Team einer Managementberatung und/oder im Einkauf eines internationalen, marktführenden Unternehmens, idealerweise mit Projekterfahrung
  • Grundlegendes Einkaufsverständnis und Erfahrungen im Warengruppenmanagement, in Warengruppenstrategie, Materialkostensenkung, Verhandlungen oder Lieferantentagen
  • Wünschenswert sind erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Target Operating Model, Sustainability, Digitalisierung oder Resilience im Einkauf
  • Hilfreich sind auch Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren indirekten oder direkten Warengruppe/n
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Neben Deiner analytischen und strukturierten Denk- und Arbeitsweise solltest Du auch ein gutes Gespür für Situationen und Menschen mitbringen
