SENIOR MANAGER PERFORMANCE & RESTRUCTURING

Was gibt es zu tun?

  • Im Team Performance & Restructuring arbeitest du partnerschaftlich mit unseren Kunden an strategischen Neuausrichtungen sowie an der Planung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Strategie- und Restrukturierungsprojekte
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team übernimmst du die operative Umsetzung umfassender Sanierungskonzepte
  • Als erfahrener Professional erstellst du integrierte Finanzplanungen, Liquiditätsprognosen und fundierte Maßnahmenprogramme
  • Analyseergebnisse sowie die Bewertung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen vertrittst du gegenüber unseren Kunden und begleitest sie bei der Realisierung von Ertragssteigerungsmaßnahmen
  • Auf dem jeweiligen Projekt bist du Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden und trägst Verantwortung für den Projekterfolg
  • Neben deinem Engagement beim Kunden arbeitest du auch an der Weiterentwicklung von Haselhorst Associates mit
  • Mit interessanten Ideen und Innovationen bringst du unsere Unternehmensberatung weiter voran und gibst Methoden sowie Expertise im Team weiter

Was bringst du mit?

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wirtschafts- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung sowie operative Erfahrung in der Industrie
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in den Themen Strategie, Sanierung und Restrukturierung
  • Tiefes Verständnis von integrierter Finanzplanung, Liquiditätsprognosen und der Erarbeitung umfassender Restrukturierungs-konzepte
  • Engagement, Leistungsorientierung, Flexibilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft (DACH-Region, teilweise darüber hinaus)
  • Erfahrung in komplexen Verhandlungssituationen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Gesellschaftern, Management, Banken und Anwaltskanzleien
  • Ausgeprägtes interkulturelles Verständnis und verantwortungsvolle Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere in Drucksituationen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365, insbesondere Excel & PowerPoint
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
