Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven SDR to help build and scale the outbound lead generation engine for a fast-growing tech company. Both founders of the team started their careers as SDRs, so they deeply value this role and its impact on the organization. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to hit volume targets; we are looking for a strategic prospector who takes ownership of the entire top-of-funnel process. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, crafting tailored messaging, and booking meetings that turn into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and add high-quality, relevant leads to the CRM within the SaaS, E-commerce, and Customer Service sectors.
  • Build and manage multiple outbound campaigns targeting different customer segments and decision-maker personas.
  • Develop personalized messaging and multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Own the full execution of campaigns, including outreach cadence, follow-ups, and ongoing optimization.
  • Proactively engage prospects to book qualified meetings with relevant decision-makers.
  • Track campaign performance and maintain meticulous CRM records to ensure full visibility into the sales funnel.
  • Report regularly on conversion rates, outreach activity, and pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • Experience: Mid-level experience in Sales Development or Lead Generation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Must have a background in SaaS/Tech, E-commerce, and Customer Service industries.
  • Core Skills: Expertise in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, LinkedIn Outreach, and Lead Qualification.
  • Location: Based in Latin America.
  • Schedule: Ability to work Pacific Time (PT) hours with a mandatory overlap between 10:00–14:00 PT.
  • Language: Full professional fluency in English.
  • Mindset: A "builder" mentality with a sense of urgency and a focus on quality over sheer volume.
