  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von M&A-Transaktionen aus steuerlicher und betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten, wie Unternehmensbewertungen, Financial Tax Due Diligence und Tax Due Diligence Prüfungen
  • Betreuung internationaler und nationales Mandanten
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
  • Erbringung betriebswirtschaftlicher Beratungsleistungen
  • Ansprechpartner unserer Mandanten zu diesen Themenbereichen

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Steuern, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung in der Steuerberatung, Unternehmensberatung oder im Bereich M&A
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse für den Themenkomplex M&A und Unternehmensbewertungen sowie technisches Verständnis hierfür

Persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement für die Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit Mandanten
  • Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität, um sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Diskretion und Vertraulichkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
