Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Mandanten aus verschiedenen Branchen
  • Anfertigung von Steuererklärungen für Privatpersonen und Unternehmen
  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Gewinnermittlungen nach HGB
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Analysen
  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltungen und nach Wunsch der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Finanzämtern und Behörden
  • Pflege von Mandantendaten in DATEV und anderen Programmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), optional mit Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei oder im Bereich Steuern und Finanzen
  • Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung im Steuerbereich und an steuerrechtlichen Themen

Persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientierung und Freude im Umgang mit Mandanten
  • Diskretion und Vertraulichkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft, die Arbeit im Kanzleiteam aktiv zu unterstützen
  • Organisationstalent und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
