Für unseren Mandanten, ein etabliertes Bauunternehmen im Bereich schlüsselfertiger Hochbau mit modernen, digital geprägten Planungs- und Bauprozessen, suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bauzeichner / BIM-Modellierer (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen steht für ein positives Betriebsklima, offene Kommunikation und eine Kultur, in der Weiterbildung aktiv gefördert wird. Sie erwartet eine Position an der Schnittstelle von Modellierung, Projektteam und Kalkulation.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Modellprüfung: Überprüfung der Modelle auf Normkonformität
  • Standards: Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der BIM-Standards
  • Bibliotheken: Pflege der Modellierungsbibliotheken
  • Workflows: Unterstützung des Projektteams bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Workflows
  • Datenmodell: Strukturierung und Verwaltung des Gebäudedatenmodells
  • Kalkulation & Arbeitsvorbereitung: Unterstützung bei Kalkulation und Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Schulung: Schulung von Projektmitarbeitern im Umgang mit Modellen und Standards

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Bauzeichnung
  • BIM-Kompetenz: Erfahrung mit BIM wünschenswert, sicherer Umgang mit Revit oder vergleichbarer Software
  • Baupraxis: Praxiserfahrung in der Erstellung von Aufmaßen, der Abrechnung von Bauleistungen und der Kostenschätzung
  • Teamarbeit: Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Fähigkeit zur Koordination im Team
  • Persönlichkeit: Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
