Für unseren Mandanten, ein familiäres und inhabergeführtes Ingenieurbüro für Technische Gebäudeausrüstung mit langjähriger Expertise in Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär bei Neubau und Bestand, suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektleiter TGA HLS / Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen realisiert anspruchsvolle Projekte nachhaltig und wirtschaftlich. Sie erwartet eine Position mit voller Projektverantwortung, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und direktem Draht zur Geschäftsführung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Projektleitung: Vollumfängliche Leitung von TGA-Projekten im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik, von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Übergabe (HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9)
  • Fachplanung HLS: Steuerung der Planung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik, Erstellung von Ausführungszeichnungen und Verantwortung für die Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Teamführung & Koordination: Führung des internen Planungsteams und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, Architekten und ausführenden Firmen als zentrale Schnittstelle
  • Bauüberwachung: Aktive Überwachung des Baufortschritts vor Ort, Koordination der Gewerke und Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards
  • Projektcontrolling: Verantwortung für Budgets und Termine sowie Prüfung und Freigabe von Bauleistungen und Rechnungen

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium, Berufsausbildung oder Techniker- bzw. Meisterausbildung auf dem Gebiet der HLS-Technik
  • Berufserfahrung: Einschlägige Praxiserfahrung in der Planung von HLS-Anlagen
  • Systemkompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit fachbezogener Berechnungssoftware und MS Office; CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sprachkompetenz: Fließende bzw. verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Arbeitsweise: Gute Planungs- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähig, eigenverantwortlich und mit Freude an der Führung eines Planungsteams
