We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Intern to help our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our recruitment services. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring high-quality leads.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment services.
  • Help manage and update our website and social media profiles to ensure they reflect our brand and engage our audience.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads from online marketing efforts.
  • Provide support in managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

🏆 Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
  • Familiarity with social media, Canva, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Any prior internship, volunteer experience, or exposure to Marketing/ Digital Marketing will be advantageous.
