Internship Description:

  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates
  • Help source talent across multiple channels, review incoming applications, and learn to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Assist in drafting and updating job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Learn creative sourcing techniques for a variety of technical and non-technical roles
  • Support business development efforts by helping research and connect with potential new clients
  • Stay curious about recruiting trends and best practices in the SEA market

⭐️ Our Ideal Intern:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Psychology, Liberal Arts, International Relations, Public Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with comfort working across diverse cultures
  • Hardworking, accountable, and reliable
  • Positive attitude, team player, motivated and eager to learn
  • Good command of English: Writing, Reading, Speaking
  • No prior recruitment experience required — this is a great starting point for your career
  • Background or coursework in Engineering, IT, Finance, or Law is a plus, but not required
