Job Description:

  • Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, Interviewing and connecting ideal candidates with the client
  • Recruit talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and attracting passive candidates.
  • Creative and innovative in finding extraordinary talent through unconventional means, designing creative strategies, and executing on sourcing strategies for a variety of technical roles.
  • Develop and update job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Actively seeking opportunities to develop business by connecting with new clients
  • Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.

⭐️ Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Have bachelor's degree from university in Business Administrations, Information Technology, Psychology, Liberal Arts, International Relations, Public Administration, Computer Engineering and any related fields
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
  • Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
  • Good command of English: Writing, Translation, Reading, Speaking
  • Fresh Graduate are welcomed for this position
  • Candidates that have specific background such as: Engineering, IT, Finance, Law and others are Highly Preferable
