L’IÉSEG recrute pour la Direction des Relations Internationales sur le campus de Paris-La Défense, un(e) :

Chargé de Gestion Administrative (F/H)

Vos missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable des Programmes courts et customisés, vous aurez pour missions :

Être le point de contact principal pour les étudiants et professeurs au quotidien sur les programmes courts. Pour cela vous prenez en charge :

  • L’organisation et la gestion des programmes internationaux (planification des cours, visites entreprises…)
  • La gestion administrative (suivi des dossiers, suivi de facturation …)
  • L’organisation et l’accompagnement des étudiants dans les différentes activités (culturelles et entreprises)
  • La gestion et l’animation des réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram…)
  • Le suivi post-programmes (questionnaires d’évaluation, transcripts, diplômes, publipostage des certificats…)
  • Le benchmark sur les programmes internationaux (courts et customisés)
  • la relation avec les étudiants, les intervenants, les universités partenaires et les prestataires

Votre Profil :

De formation bac+5, vous disposez de trois ans d’expériences professionnelles dans un service/environnement international,

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams…).

Autonome, vous faites preuve d’organisation, de rigueur et de réactivité.

Vous possédez de bonnes qualités relationnelles, le sens du service et l’esprit d’équipe.

Vous possédez un très bon niveau d’anglais vous permettant de communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit avec l’ensemble de vos interlocuteurs non francophones.
