Golang 岗位职责： 1.负责公司后端服务的架构设计、编码实现、性能调优，参与业务需求评审、技术方案设计、风险评估； 2.负责后端微服务稳定性保障，包含服务注册发现、配置管理、缓存、数据库等模块开发，持续优化服务延迟、吞吐，治理大 key、热 key、慢 SQL 等； 2.参与中间件（Redis、MySQL、Kafka/RocketMQ 等）的落地使用、问题排查、规范制定，落地日志、监控、告警链路，提升服务可观测性； 3.参与技术规范、编码规范、上线规范、Redis / 数据库使用规范的制定，推动团队技术沉淀； 4.参与云原生 K8s 环境下应用开发、容器化改造，配合运维完成 CI/CD、资源评估、容量规划，保障服务平稳发布运行；

任职要求： 1.全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，5年及以上后端开发经验，至少53以上Golang项目实战开发经验； 2.扎实计算机基础：熟悉操作系统、计算机网络、数据结构与算法，熟悉 TCP/IP、HTTP、RPC 协议； 3.精通 Golang 语言，、channel、sync 包、内存模型、pprof 性能排查，熟悉常用开源库，具备独立排查 Go 内存泄漏、goroutine 泄露、锁竞争等问题能力； 4.熟练使用 MySQL，懂索引优化、事务、隔离级别、慢查询治理；熟练使用 Redis，熟悉缓存设计、过期策略、分布式锁，能识别并解决大 key、热 key、缓存穿透击穿雪崩问题； 5.熟悉消息队列（Kafka/RocketMQ），理解消息可靠性、幂等、顺序、死信等方案；熟悉微服务基础组件：服务注册发现、配置中心（Consul/Apollo 优先）、任务调度（XXL-JOB/PowerJob）； 6.有 K8s 容器化落地经验优先，了解容器网络、资源限制、健康检查；熟悉日志采集、指标监控链路（Prometheus、Grafana）； 加分项： 1.有java实际开发经验优先 2.有大规模系统重构经验优先
