岗位职责 1. 全面负责足彩方案业务，对收入规模、付费用户数、转化率、复购率及用户长期价值负责。 2. 制定业务年度规划和增长策略，拆解阶段目标，推动产品、内容、运营、市场及销售协同落地。 3. 建设专家及主播供给体系，完善专家引入、分层、激励、考核和淘汰机制，提升方案质量与供给稳定性。 4. 推动会员、订阅、单场方案、组合产品等商业模式迭代，优化定价、权益和促销策略。 5. 建立数据分析和经营复盘机制，重点关注收入、付费转化、客单价、复购率、退款率、获客成本和用户投诉等指标。 6. 组建并管理业务团队，明确岗位分工、目标机制和人才梯队。 7. 负责业务合规与风险控制，确保宣传话术、内容生产、用户运营及合作模式符合相关法律法规和平台规范。

任职要求 1. 5 年以上互联网商业化、付费内容、体育消费、会员订阅或相关业务经验，有完整业务负责人经历优先。 2. 熟悉足球赛事和足彩用户，对竞彩玩法、用户需求及消费决策有较深理解。 3. 具备较强的商业敏感度和经营意识，能够独立完成业务规划、目标拆解及结果交付。 4. 数据能力扎实，能够通过数据发现问题、判断机会并推动产品和运营改进。 5. 具备跨部门推动能力，能够协调产品、研发、内容、市场、法务及客服等团队。 6. 有专家型内容平台、知识付费、体育社区或互联网会员业务经验者优先。
