岗位职责： 1.全面负责公司整体运维体系搭建,运维团队建设,建立全链路业务支撑保障体系,确保公司国内及海外业务7*24高可用 2.主导制定运维规划，深度贴合业务发展与技术架构演进趋势，负责人云原生，分布式集群等复杂架构下的运维技术方案设计与实施，涵盖k8s集群治理，微服务全生命周期管理，可观测性体系搭建，故障自愈体系建设等核心工作 3.搭建并完善标准化，规范化运维管理流程，覆盖：变更管理、事件管理、配置管理、问题管理、响应机制等全流程，建立运维操作风险管控机制，提升跨团队运维写作效率与运维质量 4.负责DevOps研发域自动化平台设计与搭建与后续升级，包括代码托管、编译构建、流水线、发布部署等工具平台、工单管理等 5.对公司的成本、安全、效率、稳定性负责

任职要求： 1.全日制本科以上学历，2年以上运维负责人经验，8年以上运维工作经验，百万以上日活产品支持经验 2.3年以上公有云使用经验，精通腾讯云，阿里云等主流云平台，熟练掌握云服务器。云数据库、消息队列中间件、负载均衡、cdn、emr、对象存储等核心云资源 3.具备中大型系统云架构设计，性能调优，成本优化实战经验，能独立完成云架构规划与落地 4.精通K8S容器编排、微服务运维治理、可观测性治理、自动化运维平台搭建等 5.精通shell，Python、Go等至少一种编程语言；具备能独立完成devops平台从0到1搭建，可观测性系统设计搭建等开发落地能力

加分项： 1.有从0到1的devops平台设计开发经验优先 2.有从0到1的可观测性平台搭建经验优先 3.有海外产品运维经验优先 4.有私有云到公有云迁移经验优先
