岗位职责: 1.全面负责公司国内及海外版,APP&M站&小程序质量保障体系的规划、建设与持续优化，制定并完善测试流程与规范，通过流程治理和技术手段保障产品质量。 2.全面参与业务需求分析与评审，与产品、研发、运维等团队高效沟通，推动测试工作顺利开展，根据需求制定测试策略和测试方案，统筹测试资源，把控项目质量、进度与风险。 3.结合业务特点，开发或引入合适的测试工具与平台，负责测试效能体系规划与落地，通过自动化手段持续提高测试效能。 4.负责测试效能体系规划与落地，推进测试用例自动生成、测试数据与环境治理、质量度量及流程优化，持续提升整体测试效率。 5.深度参与 CI/CD 流程建设与落地，打通代码提交、自动化测试、构建部署全流程质量卡点，实现持续质量管控，推进研发流程标准化、自动化。 6.负责关键测试技术专项建设，培养团队成员能力，提升团队整体测试水平与工程化能力。

任职要求: 1.计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，8 年以上测试经验，其中至少 3 年实际团队管理经验。 2.熟悉 Linux 常用命令，具备扎实开发基础，熟练使用 Python、Go、Java 等至少一种开发语言。 3.精通各种自动化测试方案，包括但不限于APP/Web端UI自动化测试，埋点全流程自动化测试。 4.精通 CI/CD 流程体系，熟练掌握持续集成、持续部署流程，能结合自动化测试搭建研发交付质量门禁，推进研发流程标准化、自动化。 5.具备性能测试与分析能力，能独立编写性能测试方案、分析系统性能瓶颈，为系统容量规划提供数据及建议 6.工作积极主动，具备较强的业务分析能力与解决问题能力，具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作性。

加分项: 1.有测试平台或测试工具从 0 到 1 建设经验。 2.有 AI 辅助测试、精准测试、测试用例自动生成等测试智能化落地经验。 3.有大型项目 CI/CD 与质量门禁建设经验。 4.有大型分布式系统性能测试与容量规划经验。 5.有UI 自动化测试实战经验优先。
