Are you someone who enjoys prototyping fast and turning ideas into working AI products?

IBL is looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to build and deploy AI-powered tools using Python and modern architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Build GenAI features end-to-end: prototype → MVP → production hardening Implement RAG (document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, citations) Build APIs/services to integrate with business systems Create reusable prompts and structured outputs Add guardrails: access control, PII handling, prompt-injection prevention Evaluate quality (accuracy, hallucinations, latency, cost) and document solutions Help ensure AI solutions follow good practices for data security and safe usage Work with different AI stream: Computer Vision, Simple Mechatronics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field, Strong rapid-prototyping mindset with the ability to quickly turn ideas into working solutions. Proficiency in Python or API development, data handling, and LLM integrations. Good understanding of Transformer-based models including tokens, embeddings, context limits. Ability to build and integrate APIs with business applications. CI/CD Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an interest in AI innovation.

Nice to Have

Experience with vector databases Basic knowledge of modern software architecture
