Buscamos una persona organizada, meticulosa y autónoma para apoyar nuestra operación de cuentas por pagar, con experiencia en procesamiento de facturas de proveedores e importaciones. Este cargo requiere dominio de SAP y Excel, atención rigurosa al detalle y capacidad para ejecutar actividades operativas recurrentes con precisión y calidad.

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en cuentas por pagar, específicamente en procesamiento de facturas de proveedores y de importaciones.
  • Dominio de SAP aplicado al procesamiento de facturas, con autonomía para registrar, consultar y dar seguimiento a las transacciones.
  • Nivel avanzado de Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas, funciones de búsqueda, fórmulas y cruces de información.
  • Inglés básico, suficiente para leer instrucciones y mensajes sencillos y redactar respuestas breves.
  • Experiencia en centros de servicios compartidos o empresas de BPO.
  • Atención rigurosa al detalle y capacidad para detectar inconsistencias y prevenir errores.
  • Organización y autogestión para priorizar actividades y dar seguimiento a los pendientes.
  • Constancia para manejar volúmenes de facturas y actividades recurrentes, manteniendo la precisión y la productividad.
  • Recursividad, orientación al servicio y disposición para trabajar en equipo.

  • Validar y procesar facturas de proveedores e importaciones en SAP, de acuerdo con los procedimientos y controles establecidos.
  • Verificar la consistencia entre facturas, órdenes de compra, recepciones y documentos de soporte, según corresponda.
  • Identificar inconsistencias, posibles duplicados y documentación faltante antes de registrar las facturas.
  • Gestionar facturas pendientes o bloqueadas, coordinando su resolución con proveedores y equipos internos.
  • Atender consultas relacionadas con el procesamiento y estado de las facturas.
  • Utilizar Excel para realizar cruces de información, validaciones y seguimiento de pendientes.
  • Cumplir los tiempos de procesamiento y las metas de calidad y productividad.
  • Proponer mejoras que reduzcan errores, reprocesos y tareas manuales.

• Experiencia con Operaciones de Compras: Experiencia en transacciones de adquisiciones, incluyendo solicitudes, compras, recepción y contabilización de servicios.

• Capacidad en Cuentas por Pagar: Experiencia en procesos de cuentas por pagar, incluyendo conciliación de facturas y procesamiento de pagos.
