进度与风险管理：持续跟踪关键节点，识别延期、资源冲突及需求变化，推动责任团队制定解决方案；对超出权限的问题及时升级，并跟进处理结果。

跨部门资源协调：协调项目所需的人力、设备、算力及采购支持，推动关键决策落地，解决影响交付的协作障碍。

管理层决策支持：定期汇总项目进展、关键风险、资源缺口及待决策事项，为管理层判断项目优先级和资源配置提供依据。

轻量化机制建设：建立适合创业阶段的项目台账、例会、需求变更及复盘机制，沉淀可复用的方法，提升协作效率。

本科及以上学历，具备3年以上项目管理或研发项目推进经验；有科技创业公司工作经历优先。

具备独立推进跨部门复杂项目的经验，能够清晰说明项目目标、关键难点、本人采取的行动及最终交付结果。

具备较强的任务拆解、优先级判断和风险识别能力，能够在需求变化、资源有限的情况下推动项目持续前进。

具备良好的技术理解能力，能够与算法、软件、化学或实验团队有效沟通，将技术讨论转化为明确的任务和交付要求。

沟通直接、客观，能够在无直接汇报关系的情况下推动协作；面对分歧和延期，能够基于事实解决问题、推动结果。

责任心强，执行细致，适应创业公司的工作节奏，愿意深入项目现场处理具体问题。
