1、统招本科及以上学历，电子、通信或计算机类相关专业，具备具备5年以上嵌入式开发经验，具备低功耗联网设备开发经验； 2、精通嵌入式C编程开发、精通Linux/FreeRTOS等主流实时嵌入操作系统； 3、熟悉WIFI与BLE/matter/Aliro 规范协议和技术应用，可在目标硬件平台上实现应用层程序开发；深入握mqtt、json、TCP/UDP等开发；深入物模型应用开发； 4、熟悉cypress、复旦微、昂瑞微、海思、BK、杰理等MCU的开发流程和方法，对功能进行模块化设计，可在目标硬件平台上实现系统移植；熟悉电路设计与原理，对MCU外围电路搭建和应用开发有深入的认识，能解决软硬件结合的问题； 5、对软件工程技术有深刻理解和丰富经验，熟悉UML建模、面向对象编程技术及在嵌入式系统开发中应用; 6、具备优秀系统思维、技术前瞻、风险防控、钻研精神和团队协作能力。
