我们是年轻创新团队，我们希望你对产品有欲望，对质量有要求，对目标有规划，愿意创新，不断追求。 1. 负责储能系统相关智能家居硬件的嵌入式开发，包括 Linux 设备端软件开发、ARM开发，系统调优。 2. 实现 AI 算法在本地硬件上的部署，优化 模型裁剪、推理加速、资源管理，确保设备高效运行。 3. 负责物联网模块及配套上位机开发，支持多协议接入，优化 Modbus、MQTT、Zigbee、LoRa、BLE 等有线/无线通信能力。 4. 保证产品稳定性，具备量产级嵌入式开发经验，确保产品长期运行的可靠性。 5. 与 AI 算法和软件平台团队协作，优化 AI 模型在嵌入式设备上的运行效率，提高智能网关的商业化价值。

1. 双一流本科及以上学历，三年以上工作经验，具备智能家居、储能、电力相关系统开发者优先。 2. 精通 C 语言和上位机界面相关技术不限于C#、Python、Javscript，对系统的性能优化和稳定性落地有足够经验。 3. 熟悉 ESP32 及其全家桶，Linux开发和ARM系列开发能力，对多协议栈熟悉并具有落地经验，包括蓝牙 BLE 协议，WiFi、SPI、RGB888、I2C、UART、RS485、CAN。 4. 具备 AI 模型裁剪、优化经验，熟悉 TensorRT、ONNX Runtime、TFLite、OpenVINO 等推理框架。

硬性要求：1. 必须本科及以上。2. 必须有BLE、WIFi经验、对modbus、CAN等协议有开发经验。 软性要求：1. 有过电力系统、储能、新能源、智能家居等相关行业经验。2. 最好有过乐鑫ESP相关开发经验。3. 有AI嵌入式开发经验项目，做过性能调优。 新增理由：硬件缺口较大，无法满足要求。
