შპს ,,აი სი არ ტრეიდი“ აცხადებს ვაკანსიას მაღაზიის მენეჯერის პოზიციაზე გორში (Bata, Bambino, Scarpiera, Corso Italia).პოზიციის ძირითადი მიზანისავაჭრო ობიექტის კომერციული და საოპერაციო საქმიანობის ეფექტიანი მართვა, გაყიდვების გეგმისა და დადგენილი მაჩვენებლების შესრულების უზრუნველყოფა, გუნდის განვითარება და მაღალი ხარისხის მომხმარებელთა მომსახურების უზრუნველყოფა. მაღაზიის რესურსების ოპტიმალური გამოყენებისა და კომპანიის სტანდარტების დაცვის გზით, სავაჭრო ობიექტის მდგრადი და ეფექტიანი ფუნქციონირების უზრუნველყოფა.სამუშაო განაკვეთი: სრული; კვირაში 5 დღიანი სამუშაო გრაფიკი ცვლების მიხედვით.ძირითადი მოვალეობები:მაღაზიის კომერციული საქმიანობის მართვა, გაყიდვების გეგმისა და დადგენილი კომერციული მაჩვენებლების შესრულების უზრუნველყოფა.მაღაზიის პერსონალის მართვა და განვითარება, თანამშრომელთა საქმიანობის შეფასება, მოტივაციისა და ეფექტიანობის უზრუნველყოფა.მაღაზიის ყოველდღიური საოპერაციო პროცესების მართვა და შეუფერხებელი ფუნქციონირების უზრუნველყოფა.სასაქონლო მარაგების მართვა, პროდუქციის მიღების, განთავსების, გადაადგილებისა და ინვენტარიზაციის პროცესებზე პასუხისმგებლობა.მომხმარებელთა მომსახურების ხარისხის მართვა და კომპანიის მომსახურების სტანდარტების შესრულების უზრუნველყოფა.სალარო ოპერაციებისა და ფინანსური პროცედურების მართვა, დადგენილი სტანდარტებისა და შესაბამისი დოკუმენტაციის სისწორის უზრუნველყოფა.მერჩენდაიზინგის სტანდარტების, პროდუქციის განთავსების, ფასმაჩვენებლებისა და სარეკლამო მასალების მართვის უზრუნველყოფა.მაღაზიის უსაფრთხოებისა და ჰიგიენური სტანდარტების, კომპანიის შიდა პროცედურებისა და რეგულაციების დაცვის უზრუნველყოფა.საკვალიფიკაციო მოთხოვნები :• მინიმუმ 2 წლიანი სამუშაო გამოცდილება ანალოგიურ პოზიციაზე;უნარები და პიროვნული თვისებები:• პასუხისმგებლობის მაღალი გრძნობა;• ორგანიზებულობა/მოწესრიგებულობა;• დეტალებზე ორიენტირებულობა;ანაზღაურება: ფიქსირებული + ბონუსი (თვის გეგმის შესრულების მიხედვით)დაინტერესების შემთხვევაში გთხოვთ შეავსოთ განაცხადი.ICR ჯგუფი ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე დიდი ორგანიზაციაა საცალო ბიზნესის სფეროში საქართველოში. კომპანიამ 1993 წელს დაიწყო საქმიანობა ქართულ ბაზარზე და ამჟამად 1000-მდე თანამშრომელი ჰყავს. „აი სი არ ჯგუფი“ წარმოადგენს ფეხსაცმლის, ტანსაცმლის, აქსესუარების, ავეჯის საერთაშორისო ბრენდებსა და კვების ობიექტებს. იგი საქართველოს ბაზარზე რამდენიმე შვილობილი კომპანიითაა წარმოდგენილი. ,,აი სი არ ჯგუფის“ ერთ-ერთი კომპანია “შპს აი სი არ ტრეიდი“ წარმოადგენს ტანსაცმლისა და ფეხსაცმლის ისეთ საერთაშორისო და ლოკალურ ბრენდებს, როგორებიცაა: ბატა, ბამბინო, ეკკო, ჯეოქსი, სტუდიო ფეხსაცმლის გალერეა, ლაბორატორია ფეხსაცმლის გალერეა, ავ ლაბი, კორსო იტალია, სკარპიერა, ოკაიდი და ჟაკადი. დღეისათვის კომპანია მართავს 60-ზე მეტ მაღაზიას, რომლებიც განთავსებულია როგორც თბილისში, ასევე საქართველოს სხვა დიდ ქალაქებში: ქუთაისში, ბათუმში, თელავი, რუსთავსა და ზუგდიდში.
