L’IÉSEG recrute pour la Direction de l’Impact Social et Environnemental sur le campus de Lille un(e) :

Assistant(e) de projet IA et d’orientation (F/H)

Stage

Pour accompagner sa conception et son déploiement, nous recherchons un·e Stagiaire Assistant(e) de projet IA et d’orientation, qui sera au cœur de la conception fonctionnelle, éditoriale et utilisateur de l’outil, en lien avec les équipes projet, les acteurs de l’orientation et le prestataire technique chargé de son développement. Vous participerez à toutes les étapes de conception de l’outil, de la définition du besoin jusqu’à son déploiement auprès des jeunes.

Vous aurez pour missions :

  • Rédiger le cahier des charges fonctionnel de l’outil d’orientation interactif Avatar.
  • Réaliser la cartographie des métiers et des besoins du secteur du commerce et de la relation client en Hauts-de-France,
  • Assurer la liaison avec le Campus des Métiers et des Qualification d’Excellence Relation Client 4.0 (réunions, collecte de données, etc.),
  • Créer les contenus IA : scénarios de dialogue, questions-réponses, fiches métiers et parcours utilisateurs,
  • Coordonner le projet avec le prestataire technique en charge du développement de l’outil,
  • Organiser et animer des sessions de tests utilisateurs auprès de lycéens et collégiens, puis analyser les retours,
  • Corriger et améliorer la V1 de l’outil avant son déploiement sur les salons,
  • Rédiger la documentation technique et utilisateur et préparer la passation,
  • Participer à la formation des étudiants ambassadeurs à l’utilisation de l’outil.

Profil recherché :

  • Etudiant Bac+4/5 en marketing digital, communication, sciences de l'éducation ou informatique appliquée ; vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois dans le cadre de vos études.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'orientation professionnelle et intérêt marqué pour les outils d'intelligence artificielle.
  • Autonomie, force de proposition et aisance avec les outils numériques.
  • Expérience de projet ou de stage en entreprise/association appréciée.

Conditions du poste :

  • Type de contrat : stage (6 mois)
  • Prise de poste : janvier 2027
  • Durée hebdomadaire de travail : 35 heures hebdomadaires
  • Localisation : Lille
