Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und operative Verantwortung für den Bereich Import Seefracht NVOCC und stellst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team eine reibungslose Abwicklung unserer Sammelcontainer sicher
  • Du bringst Dein fundiertes Fachwissen aktiv ein Als Sparringspartner unterstützt Du Dein Team bei komplexen operativen Fragestellungen.
  • Du förderst den Wissenstransfer im Team, begleitest die Einarbeitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen und unterstützt die fachliche Weiterentwicklung Deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren internationalen Kunden, Partnern und Dienstleistern stellst Du einen exzellenten Service und höchste Qualitätsstandards sicher.
  • Du verantwortest die operative Abwicklung von DAP-Sendungen sowie zollrelevanten Prozessen und behältst auch bei komplexen Anforderungen den Überblick

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kaufmann/Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Du bist Experte/ Expertin im Bereich Import Seefracht und verfügst idealerweise auch über Erfahrung im Sammelcontainerbereich
  • Fachlich macht Dir so schnell niemand etwas vor: Du verstehst komplexe Zusammenhänge, denkst vernetzt und findest pragmatische Lösungen
  • Du schaust über den Tellerrand hinaus, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und hast Freude daran, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung, als Teamkoordination oder in der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden bringst Du bereits mit. Entscheidend ist für uns weniger Deine bisherige Führungsverantwortung als Deine Bereitschaft, Menschen mitzunehmen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du sicher in Wort und Schrift
