Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Atender e resolver solicitações de Nível 2 garantindo respostas precisas ágeis e alinhadas ao tom de voz da marca
  • Dominar e aplicar fluxo de escalonamento garantindo transição correta entre N1 N2 e N3 Engenharia
  • Investigar incidentes reproduzir erros e documentar logs prints e passo a passo para times de tecnologia
  • Atualizar e manter base de conhecimento Confluence Central de Ajuda com processos e guias para padronizar atendimento e treinar consultas automatizadas por IA
  • Monitorar acompanhar e impulsionar indicadores de atendimento como FRT SLA e CSAT
  • Identificar padrões de atrito na jornada do cliente propor melhorias práticas nos procedimentos internos e acompanhar implementação
  • Operar plataformas de CRM e gestão de chamados para triagem priorização e acompanhamento de tickets
  • Produzir análises e relatórios em Google Sheets para diagnóstico suporte à tomada de decisão e acompanhamento de ações
  • Colaborar com engenharia produto e operações para reportar bugs acompanhar correções e validar soluções

  • Escrita clara didática e empática para explicar problemas técnicos de forma simples ao cliente
  • Perfil analítico e investigativo com foco em identificação de causa raiz e padrões recorrentes
  • Inteligência emocional resiliência e jogo de cintura para lidar com casos escalonados e clientes críticos
  • Familiaridade com métricas de atendimento FRT SLA CSAT e com impactos operacionais dessas métricas
  • Conhecimento prático em plataformas de CRM e gestão de chamados para triagem e resolução de tickets
  • Capacidade de documentar incidentes técnicos com detalhes relevantes para times de tecnologia
  • Habilidade de priorização organização e gestão de volume de solicitações em ambiente dinâmico
  • Comunicação clara e habilidade de articulação com múltiplos stakeholders
  • Curiosidade e mindset de inovação com interesse em aplicar ferramentas de IA para automação e ganho de produtividade

Para realçar o sabor

  • Conhecimento em Databricks considerado diferencial
  • Habilidade básica em SQL para consultas e extração de dados
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de visualização como Tableau ou ThoughtSpot
  • Experiência com automações de IA agentes ou pipelines para análises e alertas inteligentes
  • Vivência prévia em atendimento de suporte N2 ou Customer Experience
