Seu Cardápio Diário:

  • Projetar, desenvolver e manter serviços backend em escala para iFood Pago Benefícios rodando na AWS com Kubernetes EKS;
  • Além de entregar valor para o negócio, você será uma referência técnica na equipe, influenciando decisões estratégicas e assegurando o progresso da engenharia.
  • Aplicar arquitetura hexagonal ports and adapters SOLID design patterns e princípios de Clean Code em entregas de ponta a ponta;
  • Implementar APIs REST documentadas com OpenAPI Swagger e garantir comunicação segura via TLS mTLS;
  • Projetar integrações event driven usando Kafka AWS MSK ou Kinesis e modelagem de dados em SQL e NoSQL para alta disponibilidade;
  • Entregar qualidade por meio de TDD e pipelines de testes automatizados unitários integração e2e além de participar ativamente de code reviews;
  • Construir observabilidade e operação com OpenTelemetry Prometheus criação de dashboards alerts e respostas a incidents incluindo post mortem;
  • Aplicar padrões de resiliência como circuit breaker health checks self healing e exponential backoff além de estratégias de deployment e automação em CI CD;
  • Usar ferramentas de IA generativa e LLMs para acelerar desenvolvimento automação e revisão de código mantendo mentalidade IA First;
  • Assumir ownership de serviços críticos melhorar resiliência e observability propor e documentar decisões técnicas em RFCs ou ADRs;
  • Entregar onboarding técnico e primeiras features dentro dos primeiros seis meses assumir responsabilidades claras e elevar o padrão técnico do time.

* Domínio em ao menos uma stack backend Java 17 Spring Boot Kotlin Spring Boot Ktor ou Go * Conhecimento sólido em arquitetura hexagonal ports and adapters SOLID design patterns e Clean Code * Experiência com cloud native na AWS e orquestração em Kubernetes EKS * Habilidade com padrões de resiliência observability e operação para sistemas de alta disponibilidade * Capacidade de projetar e integrar arquiteturas event driven usando Kafka AWS MSK ou Kinesis * Familiaridade com bancos SQL Oracle ou PostgreSQL e NoSQL Redis ou MongoDB incluindo modelagem e otimização de queries * Práticas sólidas de qualidade de código incluindo TDD testes automatizados code review e CI CD * Instrumentação e monitoramento com OpenTelemetry Prometheus e uso de Sentry ou Datadog para rastreamento de erros e performance * Mentalidade IA First foco em produtos data driven autonomia mentalidade de dono comunicação direta e priorização 80 20 * Habilidade para decompor problemas complexos transformar requisitos de negócio em entregas de alto impacto e comunicar decisões técnicas a múltiplas audiências

Para Realçar o Sabor:

  • Experiência com IA e machine learning.
  • Familiaridade com arquiteturas de agentes e AI Workflow incluindo LangGraph OpenAI Agents SDK CrewAI
  • Conhecimento em RAG MCP e orquestração de agentes para soluções IA Native
  • Experiência com ferramentas de IA generativa como Claude Sonnet Gemini Cursor Claude Code Copilot Windsurf
  • Domínio em Go como diferencial adicional
  • Conhecimento do domínio de pagamentos gateways adquirência emissor e plataformas de benefícios SVA
  • Práticas avançadas de deployment blue green canary e automação de release
  • Infra as code e tooling Terraform Dockerfile Helm e administração Linux
  • Otimização de performance em nuvem tuning de aplicações para melhor custo e latência
