Seu Cardápio Diário:

* Influenciar a cultura do time, promovendo análises técnicas profundas, atuando em produtos bancários e de pagamentos, com domínio da plataforma Android

* Capacidade de entrega ponta a ponta

* Atuação com Produto, Desing, Segurança e demais times de Engenharia, com atuação mínima em BFFs (Backend for Frontend) para viabilizar as integrações do app.

* Kotlin como linguagem principal, com domínio profundo. - Arquitetura e UI com padrões MVVM e MVI, e Jetpack Compose.

* Persistência local (Room/DataStore) e consumo de APIs (REST/GraphQL).

* Conhecimento de CI/CD (build, testes automatizados, assinatura e distribuição). - Conhecimento mínimo de back-end para atuar em BFFs: modelar e ajustar endpoints e agregações que atendem o app, colaborando com times de back-end.

* Visão de Produto: traduzir necessidades reais em soluções técnicas e medir o sucesso do que é entregue;

* Orientação a Dados: decidir com base em métricas (Sentry, Datadog, Amplitude) e monitorar cada feature contra seus objetivos;

* Comunicação Técnica: expressar ideias técnicas com clareza (RFCs, ADRs, diagramas, apresentações) adaptando a mensagem ao público;

* Decomposição de Problemas: quebrar problemas complexos em tarefas de alto impacto, aplicando a regra 80/20.

* Conhecimento de Domínio: dominar produtos, soluções e plataformas da área e suas interconexões com o negócio.

*Amplitude Técnica: atuar com múltiplas linguagens e ferramentas, além da stack principal, resolvendo problemas sem solução óbvia.

* Profundidade Técnica: dominar Kotlin, Compose e as APIs centrais do Android, da especificação ao deploy.

* Persistência: modelar e otimizar armazenamento (SQL/NoSQL) e cache, incluindo noções no BFF.

* Qualidade de Código: entregar código limpo, testado e de fácil manutenção, com análise estática e quality gates.

* Eficiência: aplicar Scrum/Kanban, priorizar incidentes e ter senso de ownership pelo sucesso do projeto.

* Operação: monitorar, alertar e responder rapidamente a problemas em produção, com post-mortems e mecanismos de rollout (feature flags, canary).

* Segurança: aplicar criptografia, OWASP e LGPD, integrando segurança em todas as etapas do ciclo.

* Infraestrutura: conhecer cloud, containers e infraestrutura como código para apoiar e otimizar o ambiente do app.

* Performance: usar profiling, testes de carga e monitoramento para garantir app rápido e eficiente.

* Arquitetura: projetar sistemas escaláveis e seguros, atentando a requisitos não funcionais e documentando decisões.

* Experiência com IA e machine learning;

* Experiência prévia em fintech, bancos ou pagamentos.

* Segurança de aplicações móveis (AppSec, OWASP MASVS).

* Observabilidade (Sentry, Datadog, Amplitude) e releases progressivas (feature flags, canary).
